Your virtual IT department—without the overhead.

I help small businesses take care of the technology behind their work—from websites and cloud systems to cybersecurity, internal workflows, and everyday IT problems.

Instead of juggling different providers or losing time trying to solve technical issues alone, you get one dependable partner who learns how your business works and takes ownership of the problem.

Why it matters

Technology should make running your business easier.

When technology is slow, unreliable, confusing, or disconnected, it quietly takes time away from the work that matters. I look at the whole picture—not only the immediate technical issue, but also the people, tools, and workflow around it.

My goal is not simply to close an IT ticket. It is to remove frustration, make the solution understandable, and bring a smile back to your face when things start working the way they should.

One accountable partner
You do not need to decide which technical provider should handle the problem. Tell me what is getting in the way, and I will help identify the right next step.
01
Solutions shaped around your work
I begin by understanding how your business operates. The technology should support your workflow—not force your team into a process that does not fit.
02
Clear, human communication
I explain the options, trade-offs, and next steps in plain language so that you can make informed decisions without being buried in jargon.

How it works

A practical way to start working together

You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Start with the business problem, the frustrating workflow, or the result you want to achieve. I will help turn that into a clear next step.

Step 1
Meet and understand
I begin with a conversation about your business, your current workflow, the technology you already use, and the problem you want to solve.
01
Step 2
Find the highest-value opportunity
I review the situation and identify a practical starting point. Sometimes the original problem needs a direct fix; other times, a smaller change elsewhere can create more value.
02
Step 3
Test the idea
When the project is a good fit, I may offer a small, scoped proof of concept at no charge. This could be a homepage direction, a limited workflow prototype, or another focused demonstration that helps you evaluate the idea and how I work.

The proof of concept is exploratory. It is not a complete website, production-ready application, final design package, security assessment, or deployable system. Its scope and deliverable are agreed upon before work begins, and not every inquiry will require or qualify for one.

Step 4
Review a clear proposal
If the concept and working relationship feel right, you receive a written proposal describing the recommended solution, project scope, deliverables, assumptions, timeline, price, and responsibilities.
04
Step 5
Build and launch
Approved projects typically begin with a 50% payment. The remaining 50% is due when the agreed work is ready for production deployment. Any different payment milestones will be stated clearly in the proposal.
05
Step 6
Keep it working
After launch, you can choose an optional monthly managed-support plan for maintenance, monitoring, improvements, and ongoing help. The plan is tailored to the systems and level of support your business needs.
